 CO-COACH POSITION INFO

Co-coaches are the next training position for coaches before receiving their classes on their own. Co-coaches float and train during classes with current rec coaches and help them take care of the things that need to be done during class to make for a great experience for our students. Co-coaches are required to get certified in the different programs and levels before being moved into a Rec Coach position.

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

​

Schedule: during class hours, varies (M - F 4:30 - 8:30 pm OR 5:45 - 8:30 pm & Sat 9:45 am - 2:30 pm)

 

Pay Rate: $8.00 per hour

RECREATIONAL COACH INFO

Recreational coaches take care of all of our program classes. They are responsible for making sure that our students are progressing through the levels in our program. They also provide all communication with the parents of the students in their classes on their progress, and ways to improve their progression so that our kids are being challenged during class and not getting bored.

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

​

Schedule: during class hours, varies (M - F 4:30 - 8:30 pm OR 5:45 - 8:30 pm & Sat 9:45 am - 2:30 pm)

Pay Rate: $8.50 per hour

CREW & SHIFT LEADER INFO

Crew leaders oversee class shifts and events and make sure that duties and responsibilities are completed and that goals for the day are tracked and sought after! They organize daily huddles to keep the coaches informed of upcoming events, information updates, etc. They also complete checklists and help coaches close out the day successfully.

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

Schedule: during class hours, varies  (M - F 4:00 - 8:30 pm & Sat 9:45 am - 2:30 pm)

Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour

PRE-TEAM COACH INFO

Pre-Team coaches run their own classes following the team workout plan for conditioning, skills & drills, and mental training for the athletes. Pre-Team coaches are preparing athletes to join the competitive team the following season and compete for Gymnastics Elite. Pre-Team coaches must be able to help kids attain the skills, technique, form, and discipline to be successful at the competitive level.

Schedule: during class hours, varies (M - F 3:00 - 8:30 pm, T & T​ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Sat 8:30 am - 2:30 pm)

Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour

TEAM COACH POSITION INFO

Team coaches are in charge of our competitive teams at different levels. They are responsible for organizing trainings and executing the workout plan that will bring our athletes the most success at competition. They also keep parents informed on important team information and progress of the athletes.

​

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

​

Schedule: M W F 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

​

Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour
