FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE INFO

Front Desk Associates (FDAs) are the face of the company. They are the first face our customers see and the first voice our callers hear. FDAs are present during class times and hours to help customers schedule classes, and help them get their questions answered by correct departments required, based on the question. They help keep our coaches and records organized, and provide the level of service our customers and students deserve. They also help us maintain strong communication with our customers through social media, in person, and over the phone. 

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

Schedule: during class hours, varies per FDA (M - F 4:00 - 8:00 pm & Sat 9:30 am - 2:00 pm + events)

 

Pay Rate: $8.50 per hour

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Retention manager is a huge part of making sure our customers are getting what we are promising and that they are happy with our services. There is a lot of accountability for this position; from holding parents accountable to bringing their kids to class so they are progressing, to holding coaches and staff members accountable for parent issues and complaints. Retention mangers keep a tight communication sequence with all new customers and check in often with our current customers.

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

Schedule: M - Th 12:00 - 4:00 pm, & Sat 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour + incentives (based customer ascension to higher levels and packages)

SALES REPRESENTATIVE INFO

Sales Representative are the positions responsible for nurturing people that are showing interest in our programs and classes and converting them into customers. SALES EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. Sales for us means something completely different than the average sales industry. 

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

Schedule: during class hours, varies per FDA (M - F 4:00 - 8:00 pm,  Sat 9:30 am - 2:30 pm)

Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour + incentives (based new customers acquired)
