EVENT DESK STAFF POSITION INFO

Event Desk Staff is scheduled for special events at the gym such as:

- Birthday Parties, Kids Night Out, FunCamp, field trips, FUNdraisers, and seasonal Events & Performances

They handle the event registration, check-in, event charges, attendance for event, parent communication, enforcing event rules and policies, and opening/closing of the facility for events. Event Desk Staff man the desk and phones for the duration of the event. They also help coaches in the ordering of food items or serving lunch, dinner, or snack to students attending event. They act as a hostess as birthday parties and help parents provide an exceptional birthday party experience to their guests. 

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

Schedule: per event schedule and calendar, weekends and weekdays possible.

Pay Rate: $8.00 per hour

FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE INFO

Front Desk Associates (FDAs) are the face of the company. They are the first face our customers see and the first voice our callers hear. FDAs are present during class times and hours to help customers schedule classes, and help them get their questions answered by correct departments required, based on the question. They help keep our coaches and records organized, and provide the level of service our customers and students deserve. They also help us maintain strong communication with our customers through social media, in person, and over the phone. 

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

Schedule: during class hours, varies per FDA (M - F 3:00 - 8:30 pm, T & T​ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Sat 8:30 am - 2:30 pm)

 

Pay Rate: $8.50 per hour

EMPLOYMENT RECRUITER INFO

Employment recruiter will help continuously attract and attain top talent to serve our customers and students. They help track position needed to fill, and take steps necessary to attract applicants to those positions. They organize the application screening, interviewing, and selection of new hires.  

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

Schedule: M W F 1:00 - 6:00 pm

Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour

RETENTION MANAGER INFO

Retention manager is a huge part of making sure our customers are getting what we are promising and that they are happy with our services. There is a lot of accountability for this position; from holding parents accountable to bringing their kids to class so they are progressing, to holding coaches and staff members accountable for parent issues and complaints. Retention mangers keep a tight communication sequence with all new customers and check in often with our current customers.

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

Schedule: M W F 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour + incentives (based customer ascension to higher levels and packages)

SALES REPRESENTATIVE INFO

Sales Representative are the positions responsible for nurturing people that are showing interest in our programs and classes and converting them into customers. SALES EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. Sales for us means something completely different than the average sales industry. 

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

Schedule: during class hours, varies per FDA (M - F 3:00 - 8:30 pm, T & T​ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Sat 8:30 am - 2:30 pm)

Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour + incentives (based new customers acquired)

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR INFO

Operations Coordinator is our version of Human Resources. OC will organize employee on-boarding, track training and modules taken, setup calendars to let staff know of upcoming trainings, meetings, and module test dates, AND help resolve any issues staff may be facing.

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

Schedule: M W F 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour

BILLING MANAGER INFO

Billing Manager handles all customer payments, accounts, and billing issues. They work with families to keep payment information organized and tuition issues resolved. They help ensure that we are providing a service that will make it easy and convenient for them to be members at our facility.

Position Requirements: CPR & 1st Aid Certified, all training modules, courses, and certifications completed.

Schedule: M W F 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour
